## Plan for a failed component.

Discuss backup frequency, restoration, application consistency and the dependencies needed to bring the service back. Recovery requirements need a practical plan and testing, not simply a copy of a disk.

**Is Genyra a hosting reseller?** No. Genyra designs and operates the platform it hosts on, down to the network and the address space, and hosts specific applications by enquiry.

**Why are there no published prices?** Configurations are confirmed by enquiry. The available configuration, the management duties, the service coverage and the price are stated in a proposal for the application that needs to run.

**What about backups and recovery?** Backup frequency, restoration and the dependencies needed to bring a service back are planned and tested, not assumed from a copy of a disk.
